OnShift Customers have the convenience of managing their schedule at any time and from any location with the user-friendly OnShift mobile app.
Employees can access and manage their schedule whenever they need to. They have the ability to:
- View their schedule at any time and from anywhere
- Receive and respond to messages and notifications about open shifts
- Request shifts, fill-ins, and time off
- Set their communication preferences
- View their reward and performance history (OnShift Engage Customers Only)
Schedulers can efficiently handle call-offs even while on the move. They can:
- Remove and log employees who have called off
- Contact available and qualified staff members through messages
- Directly reach out to staff members using the app's Employee Directory feature
